Product Description
PP flame retardant masterbatch(non precipitation)is a low halogen-containing masterbatch which is extruded after P,N,Br based flame retardant and other additives as per an optimal formula efficient mixed.
Applications
This masterbatch is particularly suitable for polypropylene UL94-V2 grade flame retardant (1.6-3.2mm). It also can be used in homopolymer and copolymer, homopolymer with POE, homopolymer with 0-10% talcum powder or barium sulfate.

※Note: The masterbatch can not be used with Calcium Carbonate, otherwise it will lose the flame retardant effectiveness. When color matching,the carrier of color masterbatch must be PP resin,however,the flame retardant efficiency will be declined.
Packaging and Transportation: 25kg/bag or can be customized according to customer requirements, transported as general chemicals.
