Application

FARETAR^TM 972 is an additive flame retardant containing both aromatic bromine and aliphatic bromine. It has good compatibility with most styrene resins and is mainly used for EPS, XPS or other styrene resins.

It can also be used in PP, PE and other thermoplastics due to its non-precipitation and non-delamination in plastics.

With the gradual prohibition of HBCD (hexabromocyclododecane), FARETAR^TM 972 can be used in various fields as an upgraded alternative product.
